Description

We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to help oversee the production of creative projects. This role will work with a variety of different teams—from writers and directors to on-screen talent and designers—to ensure that everything comes together in a cohesive, compelling way. This person will be responsible for leading the planning and production of creative campaigns and digital projects.

The ideal candidate has experience producing digital content and has a background in video production and producing branded content. This person has an interest in pop culture, viral internet trends, and can effectively communicate relevant and interesting trends, topics, and moments through video content.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on at every step of the production process on multiple concurrent projects, all of which will be at different stages of production; conception through pre-production and into post-production and delivery. You will see these through from inception to execution, managing the process along the way while ensuring the work is of the highest standard, delivered on time and within budget. This individual must be extremely communicative, diligent, proactive, and have a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Ideate on and create concepts for client pitches
  • Responsible for the management of creative projects, delivering them to agreed timelines and budgets
  • Ability to create branded content that maintains DIVE Studios' voice that is fun, humorous, and entertaining
  • Help the team maintain clarity of your vision for the content through clear communication and presentations
  • Work collaboratively with the broader creative team to develop new video content ideas for both new and existing properties
  • Ensure smooth workflow by creating and maintaining production schedules and making sure all parties have what they need with no blockers
  • Ensure smooth workflow between full-time and contractor hires with drive handoffs, folder and file organization, communicating and maintaining deadlines for cuts and approval
