Job Description:

DIVE Studios and Mindset are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our production team as a Post Production Assistant. As a Post Production Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our post-production team in various administrative and technical tasks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the post-production team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
• Assist with footage transfers, ingest, logging, and organizing files in preparation for the edit.
• Assist with basic video editing tasks, such as assembling rough cuts, creating string-outs, and syncing audio.
• Ensure all footage and assets are properly backed up and stored in accordance with our established protocols.
• Assist with visual effects (VFX) and color correction tasks.
• Collaborate with other members of the post-production team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Work closely with the post-production supervisor to ensure all deliverables are met on time and on budget.
• Assist with captioning and subtitling tasks for content in different languages.
• Conduct research on various aspects of post-production, such as new software or techniques, and present findings to the team.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing or social media, to ensure that all content is properly shared and promoted.
• Assist with managing external vendors and contractors, such as freelance editors or colorists.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining the post-production studio, including equipment and facilities.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues that arise during post-production and work with the technical team to find solutions.
• Assist with developing and implementing workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of visual effects and color correction software such as Adobe After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and mixing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Korean and proficient in English.
