Forward Deployed Engineer

• Core Goal: Work closely with Nomic customers, internal engineers, and sales to solve customer problems and identify opportunities for expansion.

• Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CTO and VP Sales & Partnerships to ensure customer needs are being met and new opportunities are addressed

  • Own triaging, escalating customer feature requests and issues, and participating in engineering their solutions.

  • Spearhead long term initiatives to achieve deep technology integration between Nomic and our customers

• Ideal candidates have a highly technical background and have previous experience working in customer facing roles as an engineer.
