The Role

We are hiring an Onboarding Manager to design, deliver, and scale how customers are onboarded to Nomic. This role is responsible for reducing time-to-value through automation, training systems, and repeatable onboarding processes.

This is a scale-oriented role focused on building onboarding that works across customers, teams, and geographies.


What You’ll Do

Onboarding Delivery

  • Lead onboarding from kickoff through production readiness

  • Configure integrations, permissions, and initial workflows

  • Ensure customers are ready to operate independently post-onboarding

Training and Enablement

  • Design and deliver structured customer training programs

  • Build and maintain onboarding documentation and playbooks

  • Develop and evolve a customer-facing knowledge management system

Scale and Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate onboarding steps

  • Reduce manual effort through tooling, templates, and workflows

  • Partner with Product to improve self-serve onboarding capabilities

Operational Excellence

  • Define onboarding success metrics and benchmarks

  • Continuously improve onboarding speed, consistency, and quality


What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or solutions roles

  • Experience scaling onboarding in enterprise SaaS environments

Skills and Profile

  • Process-oriented with strong systems thinking

  • Comfortable leading training for technical and non-technical users

  • Strong written documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience onboarding AEC customers

  • Familiarity with ACC, Bluebeam, Procore, Egnyte, or BIM Tools
