The Role

We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead customer implementations and deliver measurable value using Nomic’s platform and APIs. This role owns pilots, advanced workflows, and bespoke implementations that prove Nomic’s impact in real production environments.

What You’ll Do

Customer Implementations

• Lead technical implementations from pilot through production

• Design and deliver workflows over drawings, specs, and project data

• Support custom integrations and deployments

Value Delivery

• Define success criteria and measurable outcomes with customers

• Ensure implementations deliver real productivity and quality gains

• Translate customer goals into working AI systems

Pre Sales and Discovery

• Support technical discovery and solution design in complex deals

• Partner with Sales on evaluations and pilots

• Help scope technical requirements and constraints

Product Feedback

• Surface real-world edge cases and limitations

• Validate new capabilities in customer environments

• Influence product direction through hands-on insight

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 3+ years in solutions engineering, professional services, or similar roles

• Experience implementing technical platforms in production

Skills and Profile

• Strong technical problem-solving ability

• Comfortable working directly with customer data and systems

• Able to communicate clearly with engineers and executives

Nice to Have

• Background in AEC, infrastructure, or engineering software

• Familiarity with ACC, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM tools, or complex document workflows
