About the Role

As the company grows, many of our most important initiatives—from internal operational systems to strategic events and ecosystems—require someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution.

This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role designed for someone early in their career who wants to become an exceptional operator and company builder. You will help drive key initiatives across the organization, supporting both internal team operations and external programs that expand our presence in the broader technology ecosystem.

The role sits at the intersection of operations, marketing, community, and growth, and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing ambitious ideas to life, and operating at the center of a fast-moving team.

You will work closely with leadership across operations, people, and marketing, gaining direct exposure to how a high-growth technology company scales from the inside.
