The Role

Seeking a dedicated Partner Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of diverse partner programs, collaborating with both internal and external resources. This person will work directly with System Integrators (SIs) and Business Partners (BPs) to develop mutually beneficial relationships that help each company grow their respective businesses. This role focuses on enhancing marketing programs that effectively build awareness, generate demand, and measure results. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating strategies for various partnership marketing channels and be adept at working with both local and international partners, demonstrating significant intercultural awareness. The core responsibilities include developing marketing plans, executing events, and creating content and sales tools to support our partners' products and services, ultimately driving revenue growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our company and those of our partner companies, enabling effective coordination and the creation of compelling offerings for customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy and Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, event, and content channels in collaboration with partners and our Demand Generation team. This includes crafting joint marketing initiatives, overseeing multi-channel programs, and promoting global partnership programs.
  • Relationship Building and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align efforts and maximize impact.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategic Insights: Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness and market trends to inform future strategies. Manage sales leads and evaluate partner marketing program performance, offering strategic recommendations for both existing and new opportunities.
  • Content Creation and Communication: Produce partner-related content, including case studies, presentations, and promotional materials. Develop effective communication frameworks to keep partners informed and engaged.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Identify, plan, and execute impactful in-person events and awareness activities that align with business goals. This also involves creating quarterly partner plans.
  • Market Research and Online Presence Management: Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior and industry trends. Work with our Communications Team to leverage social media channels and other digital marketing tools to promote partner alliances, wins and new launches.
  • Sales Enablement and Product Development: Create partner enablement content to enable partners on Nylas processes, products and promotions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in partner marketing or related field with a proven track record in developing and executing successful strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, PR, or a related field.
  • Exceptional English written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; adept at content writing and storytelling.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or software sectors. Familiarity with Value Selling and Salesforce or similar PRM software.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing collateral, messaging, tracking progress and training the partner community.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and create effective enablement programs and diverse partner collateral.
  • Comfort with understanding and interpreting marketing performance reports and communicating their results. Intellectually curious and unafraid to get your hands dirty analyzing what’s working and what’s not.
  • Dynamic, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Intellectual curiosity and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter
