About the role
Point seeks a talented, experienced Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join the Point Manila team. As a Contract Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and utilizing recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and GoodTime.io to schedule and track interviews. You will also manage job postings and assist with the onboarding process, contributing to the overall success of the recruiting team. Collaboration with internal teams and cross-functional partners is essential to enhance recruitment operations and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews using Greenhouse and GoodTime.io, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate interview details with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, addressing any scheduling conflicts or changes.
- Manage job postings across various job boards and company websites.
- Assist with the candidate onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and coordinating start dates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize the recruiting process.
- Support recruiting events and job fairs, including logistics planning and material preparation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
About you
- Experience working with Greenhouse and GoodTime.io.
- Proficiency in managing and coordinating calendars using Google Calendar.
- Work hours between 9 am and 5 pm PT.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, ensuring quality candidate management.
- Strong data analysis skills, particularly in metrics and data-driven decision-making in recruiting.
- Effective communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a constructive demeanor, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and a range of recruiting software.
- Skilled in managing candidate communication and guiding them through the interview process.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
