About the role
We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Sr Manager, Revenue Operations to help us achieve our mission to make homeownership more valuable and accessible. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning sales, marketing, and other teams. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and hands-on execution capabilities. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer.

Your responsibilities
- Analytics & reporting: Lead efforts to define KPIs, create dashboards, and measure the performance of the sales and customer experience teams. Enable teams to assess the effectiveness of tests and the overall impact of sales efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Formulate proposals and lead implementation of solutions.
- Process Optimization: Streamline processes across departments, ensuring processes are documented, repeatable, and scalable.
- Technology Stack Optimization: Evaluate, propose, implement, and oversee 3rd party sales enablement and automation technologies, ensuring they are optimized for performance. Work closely with our product team to implement in-house solutions to enable sales efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and drive cohesive go-to-market strategies. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for revenue operations initiatives.
- Market Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic projects: Own one-off strategic projects aimed at optimizing revenue functions and driving growth.
About you
- You bring several years of experience working on strategic problems, particularly those focused on revenue-generating functions. You’ve worked at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or a high-growth tech company in a revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, or similar role.
- You’re a strong problem-solver and strategic thinker. You excel at taking ambiguous problems and leveraging data, research, and cross-functional collaboration to formulate clear solutions.
- You’re highly analytical and data-driven. You’re a pro at building complex spreadsheet models, writing SQL queries, and creating top-notch dashboards.
- You have a proven track record of optimizing sales processes to enable efficient growth.
- You have first-hand experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Chorus, Talkdesk).
- You’re an exceptional collaborator. You’re able to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. You’re a strong written and verbal communicator. Others love working with you.
- You bring a strong ownership mentality. You’re results-oriented and known as someone who simply gets things done.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and may also have an MBA.

Fully paid parental leave
- Point will true-up wages from state-applicable PFL earnings so that the employee’s total gross pay will be equivalent to 100% of their regular base pay, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of state PFL.
- For employees in states without Paid Family Leave, Point will provide up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave.
- In addition, all employees will receive 4 weeks of fully paid transition time. For four weeks after returning from parental leave, and following the use of all other paid leave benefits, you may work part-time, meaning two or three days per week, and receive 100% of regular base pay.

Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Point has identified the expected annual base salary range for roles at this level based on market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Range):
- Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Los Angeles, & Seattle | $139,300 - $188,500
- Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego | $118,200 - $159,900
- Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $111,400 - $150,700
This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
