About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing initiatives. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day execution of growth marketing campaigns across Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Online Video, and other relevant channels. Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to develop, implement, and iterate on strategies that scale acquisition efforts while maximizing efficiency. Manage lifecycle marketing efforts to engage existing customers, educate them on relevant topics, and drive desired conversion action.

Your responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of growth marketing campaigns across Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Online Video, and other relevant channels. Ensure campaigns are properly configured and optimized for performance and ROI.
  • Channel Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Strategy Development: Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to develop, implement, and iterate on strategies that scale acquisition efforts while maximizing efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to derive insights from campaign performance and provide regular reporting on results. Ensure data accuracy and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Manage lifecycle marketing efforts to engage existing customers, educate them on relevant topics, and drive desired conversion action. Partner with sales on outreach to existing customers and assess impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and overall marketing strategy.
  • High-Velocity Experimentation: Run experiments on new creative, targeting strategies, and bid optimization to continuously enhance campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Assist with budget allocation across channels, ensuring that each dollar spent delivers maximum impact while staying within ROI constraints.

About you

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, and Online Video. Experience in consumer finance is a plus.
  • Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platform-specific tools. Ability to configure campaigns and use analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, engaging current customers to drive repeat usage, upselling, or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with a proven track record of using data to drive marketing decisions and optimizations.
  • A balance of strong creative intuition and strategic thinking. You know how to engage and empathize with target audiences while maximizing marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success in hitting aggressive growth targets, managing large budgets, and driving meaningful business outcomes.

Fully paid parental leave

  • Point will true-up wages from state-applicable PFL earnings so that the employee’s total gross pay will be equivalent to 100% of their regular base pay, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of state PFL.
  • For employees in states without Paid Family Leave, Point will provide up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • In addition, all employees will receive 4 weeks of fully paid transition time. For four weeks after returning from parental leave, and following the use of all other paid leave benefits, you may work part-time, meaning two or three days per week, and receive 100% of regular base pay.

Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Point has identified the expected annual base salary range for roles at this level based on market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Range):

  • Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Los Angeles, & Seattle | $103,700 - $176,000
  • Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego | $110,500 - $149,500
  • Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $103,700 - $140,300

This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
