This is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. This role requires going to our office at least three days a week, every other week, to support new hire onboarding.
Role Hours
The expected working hours for this position are from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM (but flexible), based on the Philippine Time Zone (PHT).

About the role
The Instructional Designer II transforms complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences that empower employees to perform at their best. This role is hands-on in creating SOPs, job aids, microlearning, and simulations aligned with established standards and style guides. Working in a growing, collaborative training team, you’ll partner with SMEs and Training Leads to design scalable, high-quality content that supports operational excellence. Your responsibilities
- Convert source materials into SOPs, job aids, microlearning modules, and simulations aligned to design and quality standards.
- Partner with SMEs to validate content accuracy, workflows, and edge cases.
- Update and version existing training assets to reflect process, tool, and policy changes.
- Build assessment items and knowledge checks to reinforce learning objectives.
- Package content for delivery platforms and ensure proper tagging, metadata, and accessibility.
- Conduct quality checks and user testing for new learning solutions; incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
- Maintain documentation, templates, and content libraries to support efficiency and consistency.
- Track asset performance (completion, quiz results, feedback) and recommend updates or improvements.
- Collaborate with facilitators and program leads to align materials with live training and certification standards.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience designing digital and instructor-led learning content in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at applying learning objectives, adult learning principles, and assessment best practices.
- Hands-on experience with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) and content packaging for LMS.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and basic design tools such as Canva.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Exposure to CX or Operations training environments. (preferred)
- Experience with light media or video production (screen capture, audio cleanup, simple editing). (preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic content customization. (preferred)
