About the role
The Training Specialist (Enablement) supports change enablement and program execution across CX and Production, helping teams adopt new tools, processes, and policies efficiently. Acting as a junior counterpart to the Training Lead, this role manages smaller-scale projects end-to-end—from intake through delivery—and ensures smooth cross-functional coordination. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and Delivery teams to translate operational changes into clear, actionable training materials. If you enjoy organizing projects, connecting dots across teams, and shaping how people adapt to change, this role offers a strong foundation for a future in Training Operations or Enablement leadership.
Your responsibilities
- Manage small enablement projects from intake through delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and measurement.
- Conduct light needs assessments to identify performance gaps and learning objectives under the guidance of the Training Lead.
- Coordinate with SMEs and Instructional Designers to translate process, tool, and policy changes into effective training deliverables.
- Ensure change communications, SOP updates, and training materials are aligned and delivered on time.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and rollout schedules; escalate blockers early.
- Maintain enablement documentation such as roadmaps, RACIs, project plans, and governance trackers.
- Partner with the Delivery and Instructional Design teams to support smooth rollout and frontline adoption.
- Capture and report adoption metrics, identifying areas for reinforcement or remediation.
- Standardize templates, file naming conventions, and version control practices across programs.
- Support quarterly and monthly enablement planning, status reporting, and retrospectives.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in training operations, enablement, project coordination, or process change.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to timelines and details.
- Experience creating storymaps, design briefs, or documentation that guide content development.
- Foundational understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in structured, effective training.
- Proficiency with project management tools and productivity suites (Google Workspace, Asana, Jira, or Trello).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey clarity and confidence.
- Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with evolving information.
