About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Development Manager to help scale how our company learns, grows, and stays aligned as we continue to evolve. This role will partner closely with the People team to deliver engaging learning experiences across the organization, including company onboarding, leadership development programs, and enterprise training initiatives. The ideal candidate is an exceptional facilitator with strong presentation skills who enjoys bringing people together, translating ideas into engaging learning moments, and continuously improving programs based on feedback and business needs. This role will play a key part in shaping how employees and leaders develop at the company while helping create meaningful company-wide moments of connection and alignment.


Your responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the company onboarding experience, ensuring new hires build context on the business, culture, and how we work.

  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences, including onboarding sessions, enterprise training, and leadership development workshops.

  • Iterate on and scale existing training programs, improving content, structure, and delivery based on feedback and organizational needs.

  • Support the development of manager and leadership capability by helping deliver leadership development programs and manager training.

  • Facilitate company-wide forums such as All Hands, coordinating speakers, managing run-of-show, and ensuring an engaging and organized experience.

  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and impact.

  • Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, leaders, and functional teams to ensure learning programs support the company’s evolving needs.


About you

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently engage both small groups and large audiences.

  • Experience designing and delivering management training programs.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences.

  • Experience working in fast-paced or scaling organizations preferred.

  • Strong program management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and facilitating discussions across different levels of the organization.

Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary):

  • Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle | $114,000 - $126,000

  • Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara | $95,950 - $106,050

  • Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $91,200 - $100,800


This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors, to determine final compensation.
