About the role
Join our growing Customer Operations team, where you will play a pivotal role in managing high-volume pipelines and ensuring seamless document processing. You will act as the bridge between all of our operations teams, vendors, and homeowners, while maintaining strict compliance standards while delivering exceptional service. We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their skills in real estate and insurance processing.
Your responsibilities
Place orders for diverse documentation, including title, appraisal, and insurance.
Pre-screen and upload incoming documents to maintain pipeline accuracy.
Manage professional communication with vendors and customers to facilitate timely processing.
Analyze pending reports to forecast volume and manage workflow capacity.
Escalate workflow bottlenecks and processing delays to senior leadership.
Engage with clients proactively to resolve document delays and retrieve outstanding items.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adherence to departmental SLAs.
Execute any additional administrative tasks as needed.

Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary):
Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle | $66,500 - $73,500
Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara | $56,050 - $61,950
Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $53,200 - $58,800
This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors, to determine final compensation.
Location Requirement: This is a remote position. However, candidates must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
