  • Taking ownership of various office management tasks, including organizing storage space and supervising vendor relationships.

  • Acting as a liaison to office building management and coordinating day-to-day operations.

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of safety procedures.

  • On-boarding new hires and greeting visitors, including high-level executives, in a professional manner.

  • Ordering staff lunches and overseeing conference room bookings for internal meetings and events.

  • Coordinating local office outings.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, establishing strong and trusting relationships.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proactive in anticipating and responding to the needs of others.

  • Strong initiative, willingness to take on projects beyond the scope.

  • "Roll up your sleeves" attitude – no job is too small if it helps the team succeed.

  • Good judgment and ability to handle sensitive information with care.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity of thought and structure.

  • Ability to perform well under pressure or ambiguity.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and stoop, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift or move more than 30 pounds.

  • 2+ years of experience leading office operations in a facility larger than 30,000 square feet.

  • Experience partnering with executives and managing fast-growing teams.

  • Full availability for 5 days per week in-office, with staggered early morning schedules for extended coverage on in-office days.

Bonus Points:
