About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Replit. This role is ideal for an experienced EA who is ready to take on rapid organizational growth and act as a strategic partner to senior leaders.

You will manage complex schedules, support cross-functional initiatives, and help drive operational excellence across the Sales and Marketing organizations.

What You’ll Do

Executive & Operational Support

  • Provide high-quality executive support to the CRO and CMO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense management.

  • Anticipate needs and proactively flag conflicts, risks, and opportunities related to executive priorities.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, notes, and follow-ups to ensure meetings are productive and outcomes are clearly tracked.

Project & Process Ownership

  • Support and manage SKOs and QBRs

  • Apply Replit’s best practices, tools, and workflows to complete projects with high accuracy and reliability.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, or workflows, and take action in partnership with your manager.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a strong thought partner to Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships

  • Work closely with EAs, Chiefs of Staff, and functional leaders to solve problems as they arise.

  • Seek out diverse perspectives and collaborate with the right stakeholders to move work forward efficiently.

Communication & Facilitation

  • Offer timely, thoughtful feedback to collaborators and stakeholders.

  • Represent the CRO and CMO with professionalism, discretion, and strong judgment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/operations role supporting senior leaders

  • Experience planning and executing events end to end

  • Strong working knowledge of core tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion) and the ability to apply them in workflows

  • Ability to work on complex tasks and well-defined projects that require analysis and sound judgment

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting Go-To-Market organizations

  • Prior experience supporting two executives simultaneously with overlapping priorities

  • Comfortable creating and editing slide decks with strong visual hierarchy, clean formatting, and attention to detail; able to apply existing brand or design guidelines effectively

This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
