As a Customer Success Manager at Reworkd, you will be the primary point of contact for all of our enterprise-tier customers. You will take full ownership of transitioning customers from the sales process to onboarding them onto our platform for fully managed web data extraction solutions. This role requires you to manage internal teams, ensuring that timelines are met and that our enterprise customers receive their data on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the customer journey, from onboarding to ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our fully managed solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate the QA and Web Extraction Specialist teams, ensuring they are adhering to project timelines and meeting customer expectations.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers, deeply understanding their needs, and ensuring they are met with high-quality and timely data delivery.
  • Lead regular check-ins and communications to ensure customers are updated on progress, addressing any concerns proactively.
  • Continuously advocate for customer needs within the organization, driving improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must: Located in the SF Bay Area or able to relocate to the Bay Area.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, preferably within enterprise environments.
  • Highly customer-obsessed, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant experience with startups.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Prior experience as an operator or founding employee at another startup.
  • Bonus: Experience working in data-centric roles or managing technical teams.
  • Bonus: Deep knowledge of modern web automation techniques (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, CDP protocol, proxies etc.)

Compensation and Benefits:

Reworkd is an in-person company, our brand new office is located in the heart of San Francisco. Successful candidates will be required to relocate if they do not already live in the Bay Area.
