We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our team and to help onboard and support our enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure data is delivered accurately and on time.

Who We Are Looking For:

We need someone to take complete ownership after the sales process—from onboarding customers to ensuring they are fully satisfied with our fully managed solution.

  • Obsessed with customers. Super, ridiculously customer obsessed. Cannot emphasize this enough. Maybe at this point we we did. I hope.
  • Driven and ambitious. You’re hungry to take on more work and see every task through to completion.
  • Web-scraping knowledge. You have hands-on experience with web scraping and are familiar with modern automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, proxies, etc.).
  • Technical. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an experience working with startups.
  • Bonus: Experience as an operator or founding employee at a startup is a huge plus.

Non-Negotiables:

  • In-person work. You must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.
  • Mindset. If you’re looking for a traditional 9-5 job, this isn’t the role for you. There are plenty of jobs that fit that lifestyle, but this isn't one of them.

What You Will Be Doing:

In this role, you will act as the vital link between our enterprise customers and our internal team.

  • Manage Teams: Oversee the QA and Web Extraction teams to ensure data is delivered on time.
  • Own the Customer Journey: Manage everything from onboarding to finalizing data schemas, ensuring customers are not just satisfied but truly thrilled with us.
  • Get Hands-On with Engineering Work: Step in as needed to tackle technical challenges. This includes:
    • Debugging and updating Playwright scripts when the AI Agent fails.
    • Sharing insights with the engineering team on where the AI Agent struggles with code generation, and brainstorming solutions for edge cases.
  • Be the Main Contact: Keep customers informed and updated throughout the process.
  • Advocate for Customers: Bring customer feedback into product roadmap discussions.

Interview Process:

  1. 30-minute initial chat with a co-founder.
  2. 1-hour technical interview to assess your skills.
  3. 3-day in-person paid working session to collaborate with our team and ensure it’s the right fit for both sides.
