- Manage relationships with external partners, startups, and advisors in coordination with the CEO and COO — serving as a trusted, front-facing point of contact
- Travel on short notice occasionally when needed — representing H1 at partner meetings, and industry events
- Contribute to board preparation, company planning, and executive communications
- Help build culture, company events, and ad hoc initiatives that the CEO and COO need driven
- Step into whatever is most urgent — this role's value is in its flexibility and judgment

You have the ambition and work ethic to earn the trust of a CEO and COO and the judgment to act on it.

- You have a consulting mindset: structured thinking, clean output, high standards for how work gets presented
- You are client-facing and polished — you can represent H1 externally with confidence
- You move fast, communicate proactively, and learn effectively from feedback during the process
- Willing and able to travel occasionally on short notice

- Comfortable operating close to senior leadership in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- MBA preferred, but not required
