H1 is partnering with a leading Danish pharmaceutical company to build and lead the product organization for an internal clinical data platform that powers trial design, site selection, and study operations across NN's global R&D function. This role sits at the center of that engagement—a rare opportunity to own a meaningful product inside one of the world's largest and most innovative pharmaceutical companies, operating with the speed and accountability of a startup.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1

As Director, Product Management, you will execute and align the product roadmap and strategy for a clinical data platform used by one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Denmark organization globally. You will operate in a client-embedded model, working daily with NN stakeholders while reporting into H1's product leadership. This is a build role: the platform is growing, the team is forming, and you will shape both.

You will:
- Execute on the StudyHub product roadmap, aligning clinical and operational priorities with H1's technical capabilities
- Partner closely with client stakeholders—including clinical operations, data science, and digital leadership—to surface requirements, validate direction, and maintain trust
- Lead discovery and delivery cycles with a cross-functional team including engineers, data analysts, UI/UX designers, and AI scientists
- Translate complex clinical data workflows into clear, prioritized product requirements that engineering can execute against
- Establish product metrics, track adoption, and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and usage data
- Represent the product to senior stakeholders at both H1 and Novo Nordisk; communicate tradeoffs and decisions with clarity and conviction
- Contribute to H1's broader product strategy and serve as a practitioner-leader in H1's growing Copenhagen presence
- Support hiring and onboarding of additional product team members as the engagement scales
