Product Designer/Head of Design

Experienced: 10-15+ years of consumer product design experience

Product design: You’re exceptional at designing all aspects of an online consumer platform including core screens, actions, content creation, onboarding, settings, etc.

Interaction design: You’re able to invent and prototype beautiful, simple interactions for relatively complex product mechanics

Visual design: You have an eye for aesthetic design and detail in product design

Ship Fast: Ability to move quickly and efficiently from ideation to execution. You should be familiar with rapid design and testing cycles, able to deliver impactful designs on tight timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, doctors and other stakeholders to ensure design vision aligns with business goals. Be a strong advocate for the user experience throughout the development process.

End-to-End Design: Take ownership of the entire design process, from initial sketches and prototypes to final UI and hand-off to engineering.
