After a fast MVP in market, we are applying all our learnings to our next version of the service. We are building a short-form video based medical Q&A platform with a patient/caregiver facing app aimed at 5 big conditions (launching in march) and a medical creator app (launching later in the year).

As a key member of our founding team, you will play a critical role in shaping this product vision and strategy, and will be responsible for bringing our product to market.

This role reports into the CEO. You will be working alongside an executive team including our CTO, Chief Medical Officer, Head of Design and will be interfacing with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from our investors to community members and doctors.

You are experienced. You’ve definitely seen a product (ideally an app) through from conception to shipping (the fabled “0 to 1 phase”), and have 10+ years of product experience.

You are a First Principles Thinker: You take a systems approach to solving unseen problems.

You have a bias towards action. You favor practical choices, speed, and have a respect for prioritization. You’re able to focus on things that matter, and also to push back on things that don’t. You respect deadlines, and hold yourself and others accountable to them. You can’t wait to ship things. You act like an owner.

You enjoy your work particularly the thrill of an early stage ride. This position comes with the ability to help millions of people. You’re scrappy and entrepreneurial. You love what you do, have great taste in software and design. You value craftsmanship.

As a key member of our founding team, you will play a critical role in shaping our product vision and strategy, and will be responsible for bringing our product to market. We are looking for someone that can design and run several PMF experiments and be able to quickly distill learnings and help ship ideas fast.
