Our interdisciplinary team, comprising of doctors, patients, caregivers, public health experts, designers, engineers, and content creators, has come together to reimagine how people access health information, with trust and expert curation at the forefront.
Today, Roon is a video-based medical Q&A platform, providing trusted answers to health questions. Thousands of experts from top medical institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, Yale, UCSF, Cornell, UPenn, Duke, and Columbia have contributed content and are sharing Roon with their patients.

Role Summary
As Medical Content Lead at Roon, you will be instrumental in shaping the content and the content system developed by leading doctor experts. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our overall content strategy and content best practices.
Who You Are
Preferred medical degree, such as M.D., N.P., M.P.H. or other similar degree
You have experience or interest in interviewing and engaging with medical experts and scientists
You have an insatiable curiosity and you enjoy deep dives into topics in public health, medicine, and science.
You are an exceptional writer and researcher and enjoy thinking about how health content should be experienced by people
You are excited to join a fast-growing company, and to work in a close-knit and fast-moving environment, and grow with us in the future.

What You’ll Do
Research
For every health topic we cover you will use a combination of primary and secondary research sources to develop a POV on how Roon should approach content and what topics we should cover
Q&A Content Writing & Design
Help build and maintain an every growing corpus of common questions and answers for each condition
Interviewing & Expert Engagement
Conduct interviews with medical experts implementing Roon’s conversational Q&A format
Build a maintain deep expert relationship
Content Innovation
Collaborate with the medical team and video team to innovate on our existing content format
Build on our existing set of video creation best practices
Develop fresh ideas for how doctors should be represented online
Time Commitment & Compensation
At Roon, we’re committed to creating long-term growth opportunities within the company. Pay will be competitive and will vary based on credentials. We will offer equity as part of our compensation package. This is a full-time role.
