Through Rupa, practitioners can order specialty testing, such as DNA testing, microbiome testing, advanced fertility and hormone testing, blood labs, and more.
This comprehensive and personalized approach to healthcare is the missing piece for the millions of people suffering from complex, chronic health conditions. Rather than band-aid solutions, practitioners utilize our platform to understand, diagnose, and treat the root cause of people’s health issues through testing. Starting with lab testing, Rupa is bringing tools and resources to trailblazing practitioners who are practicing medicine in a way that truly helps people get well.
🤩 The Role - A day in the life of an Analytics Leader at Rupa.
Reporting directly to our Head of Finance, you will be diving deep into all the Rupa data and understand the key drivers of our business and making recommendations using predictive analytics.
In this role, you will be bringing your outstanding business insight and restlessness to answer “why”. You are passionate about using data to drive decision making, and this will empower the ret of the organization to do so as well! You’ll have opportunities to partner cross-functionally on ad-hoc analytics requests, build dashboards for product launches and develop a plan to scale Business Intelligence at Rupa.
👀 A "day in the life" includes:
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of our BI reporting tool (currently metabase)
- Solve complex and broad business problems with analytically derived solutions
- Simplify and automate reporting; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Marketing, & Data Team) on ad hoc product and business analytics requests
- Partner with the data engineering team on projects that will shape how we develop our BI layer and scale our BI reporting
- Own and develop a library of business critical metrics definitions used across the organization for decision making
