The Role | Head of Global Security Operations Center

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to establish and head our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for Sauron. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security operations, advanced technology, and risk management to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ properties and loved ones.

You Will Contribute By

• Building Sauron’s own GSOC from the ground up - owning strategy through launch, followed by day-to-day operations

• Designing and implementing protocol for security monitoring and necessary escalations

• Ensuring Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

  • Collaborate with counsel to secure necessary licenses to operate in each state

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to security monitoring and home security services

  • Ensure the monitoring center operations are compliant with applicable laws

• Ensuring the GSOC operates with the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism

• Acting as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients regarding their security needs and concerns

• Driving both cost and operational efficiency through the program as it scales, while also continuously innovating

Your Background Includes

• 5+ years experience leading and/or supervising a Security Operations Center, which includes direct people management experience

• Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies, including physical security, cybersecurity, and risk management

• Proven track record of managing security for high-net-worth individuals or luxury properties

• Background in military or law enforcement

• Extensive knowledge of security systems, risk management, and emergency response

• Strong leadership and team management skills
