The Role | Remote Protection Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategic supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our founding global security operations center for Sauron. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of security operations, advanced technology, and risk management to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ properties and loved ones.

You Will Contribute By

  • Driving process implementation and refinement, leading short and long-term project management, aiding cross-team collaboration, and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Lead the team by providing both strategic direction and hands-on guidance to team members in handling high priority and high profile issues.

  • Operating and monitoring advanced security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems. Conducting real-time surveillance to detect and respond to potential security threats.

  • Serving as the first point of contact for multiple events simultaneously while maintaining a high level of courteousness and integrity.

  • Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public occasionally under conditions of urgency and in high pressure situations.

  • Having excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.

  • Other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned by Global Security management.

Your Background Includes

  • An interest or direct experience in the following: Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security

  • Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA) in IT, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or related field; or 5+ years in law enforcement, military, or intelligence

  • Previous experience in a GSOC.

Nice to Have (familiarity with/desire to learn)

  • Flexibility with the ability to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends with little notice.
