The Role | Senior Project Manager, Client Satisfaction

Based on location in San Francisco, the Project Manager, Client Satisfaction will chart the critical path and challenges facing the team to drive a seamless ownership experience for customers and improve operational processes. You will be part of our client-facing team, responsible for proving a bespoke, white-glove experience during every interaction.

In order to provide a unique, memorable, sophisticated, and everlasting experience to clients you will analyze data, identify the root cause behind customer contacts, and break down silos to partner closely with cross-functional teams across Sauron to drive the business forward.

You Will Contribute By

  • Working directly with clients to ensure a cohesive, elevated journey at every stage.

  • Creating strong engagement and marketing messages for new and existing clients.

  • Developing new processes that streamline the ownership journey for customers and improve daily workflows for the Client Satisfaction team.

  • Implementing feedback mechanisms to gather insights from customers and incorporate improvements into Sauron standards.

  • Analyzing data to identify business trends and common pain points for customers.

  • Working closely with stakeholders across Sauron and jointly driving projects to improve the business.

  • Analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to take the business to the next level.

  • Presenting proposals to improve the business to senior leaders across Sauron and adjusting strategy based on feedback.

Your Background Includes

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a client-facing role, preferably for a luxury brand.

  • Analytical mindset and the ability to ask structured questions and quantify impact if you recognize an opportunity to improve.

  • Relentless drive for excellence that stands out among peers, regardless of background.

  • First-principles thinking to find creative solutions to previously unsolvable problems.

  • Ability to influence and build relationships without authority, from front-line agents to executive leadership.

  • Low ego and hunger to learn, able to connect with anyone and roll up your sleeves to do whatever is needed to help the team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering professional presentations to senior-level managers, executive leadership and communicating with customers directly.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
