We are looking for a highly motivated Platform Specialist capable of managing and optimizing digital platforms to enhance user experience. A strong sense of taking initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, is essential. This is a multifaceted role that combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Maintain up-to-date documentation of the platform's design, functionality, and updates.
Facilitate user feedback, conveying any issues or suggestions from the users to the team so that we can make necessary modifications and improvements to the platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets related to the platform.
Monitor platform's stability, speed, and reliability, and promptly identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and platform capabilities as the digital landscape is continually evolving.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform is meeting customer needs.
Maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the system by addressing and resolving issues promptly, and performing regular cleanup tasks to ensure smooth operation.
2+ years of experience in a data entry, project management or operations role
Experience with platform optimization
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a remote setting
