The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Platform Specialist capable of managing and optimizing digital platforms to enhance user experience. A strong sense of taking initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, is essential. This is a multifaceted role that combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of the platform's design, functionality, and updates.

• Facilitate user feedback, conveying any issues or suggestions from the users to the team so that we can make necessary modifications and improvements to the platform.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets related to the platform.

• Monitor platform's stability, speed, and reliability, and promptly identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and platform capabilities as the digital landscape is continually evolving.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform is meeting customer needs.

• Maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the system by addressing and resolving issues promptly, and performing regular cleanup tasks to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements

• English fluency

• 2+ years of experience in a data entry, project management or operations role

• Experience with platform optimization

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a remote setting

Compensation

• PHP 34,800 monthly salary
