About the role
As a member of our Provider Partnerships team, you will take ownership of building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and their staff. You will be responsible for onboarding new providers, deepening existing relationships, and ultimately empowering more patients to receive the support they need. This role is essential to refining our partnerships approach and also having the voices of our provider users represented in the company. You will also be on the leading edge of bringing AI to improve the lives of providers and patients across the country.
This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Tandem's success. If you join, you will:
Support provider and health system partners through proactive onboarding and ongoing follow-ups
Activate new relationships by effectively communicating Tandem’s value to prospective partners
Collaborate internally to shape processes, materials, and tools that streamline our provider engagement efforts
Leverage AI-powered CRM software for pipeline management, operational efficiency, and improved decision-making
We’ll be most excited if you have:
2+ years of experience in a full-time role working with healthcare providers in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships
Strong written and verbal communication that allows you to be an effective participant in both internal debates and external relationships
Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
Ability to master new complex technology tools quickly and work with data
High NPS with your former teammates

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Tandem (for full-time employees). Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity.
