The Role
Tavus is looking for a scrappy, data-driven growth guru to help us identify and tackle the biggest levers for driving revenue. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist role where you’ll run experiments, dig into blockers, and work across the company to push key metrics forward—whether that means launching a new onboarding flow, tweaking pricing, or spinning up a brand-new growth initiative from scratch.
We’re still early, so your playbook isn’t written yet - you’ll be the one writing it.
Your Mission 🚀
Identify and execute on new growth opportunities across product and marketing
Build and optimize onboarding flows, activation loops, and referral systems
Test performance across different acquisition channels (paid, SEO, content, product-led, etc.)
Own funnel analytics and experiment tracking
Collaborate with product and engineering to launch rapid experiments
Help build the growth infrastructure: tools, systems, and processes
Requirements
3+ years in a growth, product, or marketing role at a startup
Deep understanding of SaaS or API-driven products and their user journeys
Comfortable in SQL, analytics dashboards, and low-code/no-code tools
You move fast, think creatively, and treat growth like a product
You’re outcome-driven and love testing, measuring, and iterating
Bonus if you have:
Experience with self-serve or bottom-up SaaS growth models
Background in CRO, onboarding, or product marketing
Comfortable editing HTML/CSS, building basic landing pages, or working in Webflow
Played Portal 1 and 2 - or willing to as part of onboarding 😄
