The Role
We’re looking for a GTM/Growth Engineer to create standalone tools, lead magnets, and interactive experiences that attract, activate, and convert users.
This isn’t about shipping features inside the core product. It’s about building clever, high-leverage growth products—public demos, calculators, mini-apps, and smart landing pages—that drive awareness and pipeline. You’ll work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Design to bring these experiments to life.

What You'll Build
Standalone tools and microsites that showcase Tavus’ AI video capabilities
Interactive lead magnets like ROI calculators, personalization demos, quizzes, and gated templates
Programmatic landing page engines or microsite generators to capture demand at scale
Internal growth tools that support Sales and Marketing, including data enrichers, campaign builders, or routing workflows
Small bets that launch quickly, get used, and evolve into repeatable playbooks
What You'll Own
Full execution from concept to code to deployment
Frontend and backend development using Next.js, React, Node, Firebase, Supabase, and Vercel
Analytics setup to track usage, activation, and conversion from each growth product
Partnering with Design to ensure every build is clean, fast, and on brand
Direct contribution to pipeline and lead generation through what you create
What You Bring
2 to 4 years of full-stack development experience, ideally with exposure to growth or product experimentation
Strong fluency in tools like React, Next.js, TypeScript, and backend services like Firebase or Supabase
Comfort owning a project from scratch, including user flow, architecture, and polish
Curiosity about what makes people engage, convert, and share
Bonus: experience building lead gen tools, public demos, or viral landing pages
Bonus: understanding of SEO, CRO, or funnel performance principles
