About Lindy

Our first product is an AI assistant for busy professionals, designed to manage their email, calendar, and meetings.
We are a team of about 20, most of whom have worked together for close to 2 years. We’ve raised $30M+ from top VCs to build this product, have brought together a waiting list of 18,000+ through our announcement, and are currently focused on building our core product.

Responsibilities
Craft an elite engineering culture
Build a world-class team
Ensure the engineering org is making the right foundational technical decisions to support our vision of automating all knowledge work
Work with the CEO and product team to define and drive towards roadmap
Must-haves
2+ years of experience as an IC
5+ years of experience as an engineering leader
Has led teams of 20+ engineers
Deep experience with AI
Pay range
$200 - $350k
