Job Description
As a Recruiter at Lindy, you will hire across all functions, from engineering to go-to-market roles. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle while helping improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience.
We are an in-office company, working from our San Francisco office 4 days a week. We do sponsor visas and cover relocation fees for up to $20,000.
Key Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruiting across all teams (engineering, sales, product, etc.)
Build relationships with hiring managers and understand their needs
Source candidates and create compelling outreach
Manage the interview process and candidate experience
Help improve our recruiting processes and implement best practices
Must-haves
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech startups
Track record successfully recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles
Excellent judgment in screening candidates
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work in person 4 days a week from a San Francisco office
Nice-to-have
Experience recruiting for AI / no-code companies
Background in technical recruiting
Experience with recruiting automation tools
Track record of process improvement initiatives
Startup recruiting experience
