Role:

As a member of the Developer Relations team at Together AI, you will improve the overall developer experience of our platform and deeply impact our product. You'll do this by coding example applications, writing technical guides, collecting feedback from our customers and relaying it to our engineering team, making great technical videos on different parts of our product, and working on our documentation to make it best in class.

In collaboration with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll help educate Together Inference and Finetuning customers and help them incorporate our API into their products with clear documentation, great content, and helpful example applications. You will employ your excellent communication skills to explain and demonstrate use cases of the Together AI platform to other software engineers in online communities and offline at events. You will play a critical role in educating our broader community of developers, making them successful in using our APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Create impactful technical content such as code demos, blogs, and videos that explain how to use our gen AI platform and APIs to developers (inference, embeddings, and fine-tuning)
• Keep our developer documentation updated and write useful guides that address common customer challenges and pitfalls
• Help improve the overall Developer Experience of the platform by acting as customer 0 internally and giving feedback on the product
• Build example applications that incorporated OSS LLMs via our APIs to showcase the capabilities of our platform in real use cases
• Drive interest and awareness among engineers about Together AI capabilities, both in online communities and occasionally in-person at hackathons and conferences
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role
• 2+ years experience with AI, ML, and/or LLMs
• Excellent technical writer who enjoys helping developers learn new concepts
• Proficiency in Python & TypeScript, and ideally modern web development
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at explaining complex subjects in clear terms to a diverse range of developers

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $180k - $220k+ equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
