About the role and why it’s unique:
- Complete sports betting and fantasy applications
- Review regulations and collaborate closely with internal teams to proactively address regulatory requirements, ensuring we meet and exceed compliance expectations
- Draft and maintain critical regulatory documents, including but not limited to internal controls
- Monitor potential impact of upcoming changes to Underdog products on regulatory compliance and partner with internal stakeholders to appropriately address any necessary response
- Provide assistance in both internal and external compliance audits
- Aid in the tracking of reporting requirements, ensuring our ongoing compliance and reporting obligations are met consistently
- Build positive relationships and effectively engage with state regulator staff as necessary
- Complete other regulatory compliance tasks as assigned
Who you are:
- Experience in the sports wagering/internet gaming industry or other highly regulated industries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of management
- Experience engaging directly with federal or state regulators, or comparable authorities
- Ability to work as part of a team in a very fast-paced and changing environment
- Understanding of business priorities and ability to work to meet them

Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.
