About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Pipeline Growth & Integrated Campaigns to own and scale Unit21’s pipeline generation engine at the intersection of AI, data, and financial services. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure the right mix of programs, campaigns, and investments are consistently driving qualified pipeline across verticals.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong revenue rigor with experimentation, is analytically driven and AI-forward, and wants to help define how modern demand generation operates in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and execute Unit21’s demand generation strategy with a focus on marketing-sourced pipeline, qualified meetings, and pipeline coverage against targets
Maintain a live view of pipeline health across verticals, proactively identifying risks and activating programs to close gaps before targets are missed
Develop and oversee integrated programs across paid channels, webinars, partner programs, and additional demand motions that contribute to new sales meetings
Ensure demand campaigns are sequenced, coordinated, and purpose-built to support pipeline generation, balancing reliable execution with thoughtful experimentation
Manage a paid demand budget and allocate spend based on pipeline needs, using paid media strategically to accelerate underperforming segments, support launches, and fill regional or persona gaps
Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership to improve forecasting discipline, optimize funnel conversion, and align demand investments to revenue priorities
Use Salesforce, HubSpot, and broader funnel analytics to assess performance, interpret attribution and influence models, and communicate tradeoffs clearly to executive stakeholders
Lead and manage influencers, publishers, and third-party vendors, holding partners accountable to pipeline contribution and making adjustments where programs underperform
Develop and test new demand motions while maintaining a disciplined balance between proven channels and experimental investments
Represent the voice of pipeline performance in cross-functional planning, helping shape growth strategy through data, signal, and operational rigor
What We’re Looking For
6–10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, revenue marketing, or pipeline generation roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software
Demonstrated ownership of pipeline and meeting targets, including forecasting coverage, identifying gaps, and activating programs to mitigate risk
Strong integrated campaign management experience across paid media, partner programs, webinars, and multi-channel demand motions
Revenue and data fluency, including deep comfort with Salesforce forfunnel conversion analysis, attribution models, and performance reporting
Experience managing and optimizing meaningful paid demand budgets, with strong judgment on investment allocation based on business needs rather than channel preference
Ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution, balancing proven performance levers with experimentation and learning
Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift and pipeline needs evolve quickly
High levels of ownership, analytical rigor, curiosity, and hustle, with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes
Bonus Points
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
Experience marketing into fraud, AML, compliance, or broader risk ecosystems
Experience at early-stage or high-growth startups
Exposure to AI-driven demand generation, intent signals, or modern growth tooling
Familiarity with structured approaches to forecasting, experimentation, and pipeline modeling

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $150,000–$185,000 annually, depending on experience and location. This range does not include bonuses, equity, or other incentives.
