The Role:
Vesto is looking for an account executive who will work very closely with the Founder/CEO, helping lead the revenue function and building out processes and foundations for a successful sales and GTM motion. The role will form a critical part of our core team and overall strategy over the next phase of Vesto’s growth.
What you’ll do:
Drive revenue for Vesto, own the entire sales process end-to-end: from sourcing leads, running sales calls and product demos to working closely with the investment team and negotiating contracts
Help build the playbook and define our sales motion - figure out how to open new sales/GTM channels that drive users to Vesto
Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to customers on our products, features, and use cases
Have a ruthless focus on results - pipeline generation, revenue, and forecast accuracy, with the ability to lead and inspire others in your ecosystem
Relay product feedback to our engineering and product teams, to continue shaping the product roadmap to ensure we deliver the highest value to our customers
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full cycle closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
Strong finance knowledge and domain expertise, or willingness to learn; experience selling financial services/software
Ability to discuss Vesto’s value proposition with C-level executives, finance teams, and decision-makers
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
You have a passion for our customers
Ability to lead projects end to end, we go all in!
Compensation:
The successful candidate for this role can expect an OTE range of $140,000-$240,000, along with generous equity; dependent on skills, location, experience, and expected contribution.
