The role

We are hiring a Founding Engineer to be the tip of the spear for turning Worktrace AI’s ambitious product vision into reality. In this role, you will be a key part of the founding team—ideating, prototyping, and ultimately shipping cutting-edge AI products. Besides building, you will identify key areas for engineering investment, build the technical foundation as we scale, and lead by example to build a healthy and strong engineering culture.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with Research and Design to create new ways to use AI

• Rapidly prototype product ideas and productionize novel AI research

• Set the talent and culture standards for Worktrace AI’s engineering team
