Over the past several years, our company has experienced substantial growth and secured significant funding from prominent investors to support our expansion.

As we continue to evolve, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a Senior UX Researcher to better understand our users, their needs, and how to create products that enable them to be more productive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive user research strategies that align with business goals and product roadmaps.

    • Identify key research questions and objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketers, designers, and engineers.

  • Conducting Research:

  • Design and conduct a variety of user research studies, including but not limited to usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.

  • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather deep insights into user behavior, needs, and motivations.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

    • Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure user insights are integrated into the product development process.

    • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.

  • Innovation and Improvement:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in user research and AI.

    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve research practices and processes

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or related experience) in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consumer user experience research within the tech industry.

  • Proficiency in a wide range of user research methodologies and tools, including remote research tools and techniques.

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive attitude who can lay the foundations of a future UXR org as we grow.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
