As the Corporate Marketing Manager at Zip, you’ll be responsible for shaping and driving our corporate narrative, event content, integrated campaigns, and social media strategy. You will be the go-to expert in creating compelling messaging and content that drives thought leadership and market positioning across all key channels, from events to social media. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning corporate messaging with product marketing initiatives and growth tactics, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that span the entire marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Thought Leadership & Event Presentation Content: Develop and own messaging and presentation content for Zip’s 1st-party events (like Zip Forward), as well as a high volume of 3rd-party conferences, webinars, and key presentations. You’ll craft executive keynote materials and thought leadership content that positions Zip as a leader in the industry.
  2. Corporate Narrative & Messaging: Create and manage Zip’s annual corporate narrative, driving consistent messaging across all quarterly brand campaigns. You’ll also own critical assets like the corporate pitch deck, boilerplate messaging, and corporate website landing pages, ensuring our message resonates across all platforms.
  3. Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning: Lead the development, messaging, and execution of integrated quarterly campaigns that respond to key industry trends and align with product marketing launches. You will work closely with Product Marketing and Growth teams to ensure campaigns are tightly coordinated, delivering a unified message across the entire marketing funnel.
  4. Social Media Management: Own Zip’s social media strategy, including daily posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and more. You’ll also lead company-wide communication initiatives, including social media takeovers and campaigns that highlight key news, product launches, and cultural moments.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate, social media, communications or events marketing or a related role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular focus on presentation content and collateral, as well as social media.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content, product, and marketing teams to execute various programs.
  • Familiarity with procurement, finance, or B2B industries is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
