Your Role
As our Contracts Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Advisory Team, providing tactical support for Statement of Work (SOW) customization requests and assisting the Sales team by addressing basic SOW-related questions quickly and accurately. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to kickstart their career in the SaaS industry, learn the ins and outs of enterprise software, contract negotiation, and gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment.
You Will
Review and analyze SOW customization requests to ensure compliance with company policies and implementation feasibility.
Provide timely and accurate responses to basic SOW questions from the Sales team.
Collaborate with senior team members to understand customer requirements and tailor contracts to align with product capabilities.
Maintain organized records of SOW versions, approvals, and customization details.
Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency across the Advisory, Legal, and Deal Desk teams
Support the Advisory Team in preparing documentation for customer implementation projects.
Creatively solve for customer asks with solutions that both meet customers needs and protect our ability to deliver
Learn and develop expertise in the company’s SaaS product and implementation processes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in a contracts, legal, or related administrative role (internship experience counts).

Familiarity with B2B SaaS or an interest in learning about the software industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), G-Suite (Google Docs), and Slack
