Your Impact on Our Mission
You will be responsible for translating the operational and execution efforts of different teams into successful user stories using data metrics, data analysis and visualization, and automation that will enable them to serve their teams and optimize workflows and projects. You’ll be a key member of the Pune Analytics team supporting project management, metrics tracking, data management, dashboard creations, and QA.

Your day-to-day Is...
- Design, maintain, and improve applications (Python) that support core business processes
- Translate business requirements into a well-structured and technically implemented data solution
- Synthesizes results and provides concise conclusions/findings across multiple analyses; lays out how the analysis answers the relevant business question in a clean and coherent story
- Manage projects from development through support including analysis and visualization, data mining, testing, deployment, and documentation for measuring success
- Collaborate with teams, users, and leadership to develop new or revise existing metrics for different projects
- Identify opportunities for improvements to minimize redundant process workflows and create a single source of truth using data queries and automated dashboards for tracking performance
You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have…
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution
- 3-6 years of work experience in data management, data analysis, data visualization, metrics tracking, and complex data modelling
- Advanced proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of Python packages such as Scikit Learn, MatPlotib, NumPy, Pandas etc.
- Experience with Google and Looker APIs
- 1-3 years of work experience with data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Frameworks like Django or Flask (good to have)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently to accomplish team goals
- Ability to learn quickly and readily adapt to change
