Your Impact on Our Mission:

As a Marketing Operations Associate l, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and updating data on healthcare professionals and institutions, significantly contributing to the maintenance and expansion of one of the largest healthcare databases globally. Your diligent research and data management efforts will directly enhance the accessibility and quality of healthcare information, empowering patients and providers alike with the resources they need to make informed decisions.

Your Day to Day Is…

  • You will primarily utilize the internet, AI tools, and proprietary applications to compile and maintain data on medical professionals and institutions, such as names, addresses, contact information, affiliations, board certifications, and recognitions.
  • Conduct thorough data verification through structured or unstructured research using available tools and applications.
  • Execute operational workflows for SEO marketing projects.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for productivity and accuracy.
  • Proactively communicate any process-related challenges, glitches, or impediments to the team lead and ensure timely responses to emails.
  • Stay informed about the latest guidelines and policies relevant to the work.
  • Contribute to ad hoc and short-term projects, ensuring alignment with requirements and execution expectations.
  • Participate in and support project development focusing on data integrity and workflow optimization.

You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have…

  • At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution (good percentage or a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation and above)
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, ChatGPT, and web research techniques
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A quick learner with adaptability to new changes
  • Keen analytical abilities, thorough attention to detail, and a focused approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
