Your Impact on our Mission

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Field Enablement Lead for Enterprise Teams, you will serve as a key trusted partner to Enterprise Leadership. Working closely with various internal teams (Sales, Customer Onboarding, Client Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations), you will ensure that our Enterprise teams are set up for success and are impacting growth for the company. Managing all enablement initiatives, your key goal is skilling our Enterprise teams to effectively drive provider expansion and booking performance.

Your day-to-day is…

  • Delivering on enablement priorities for all roles within the segment for onboarding & everboarding needs through a well-designed quarterly enablement roadmap
  • Gaining agreements across leaders on prioritization of initiatives, scope of initiatives, and metrics to be impacted
  • Aligning enablement solutions to business problems and managing impact through a data-driven approach to scaled adoption of learning, and showcasing the metrics to the relevant stakeholders
  • Being innovative in proposing engaging enablement approaches by leveraging multiple delivery modalities, maximizing the value of tools, gamification, and proposing AI solutions to drive seller productivity
  • Developing role-specific playbooks, including documentation of customer journey, sales processes, GTM strategies and keeping the information current as processes, tools or strategies shift and/or new approaches are rolled out
  • Contributing in wbrs, qbrs related to enablement impact and deliver regular readouts on the ongoing and upcoming roadmap of enablement programs with clear metrics
  • Establishing trusting and strong working relationships cross-functionally to collaborate in delivering comprehensive enablement programs

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 6+ years of experience in enablement within an enterprise sales environment selling SAAS solutions and/or marketplace solutions
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining cross-functional relationships and internal stakeholder management
  • Experience with enablement tools such as LMS, Knowledge/content management tools and sales tools such as SF, Gong, Outreach, and others
  • You have leveraged AI in driving enablement approaches, allowing programs to scale
  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, written, and oral presentation skills

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

$141,900$190,000 USD
