We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can help bring clarity and structure to that complexity.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems and architecture—not just screens. Someone who can design intuitive dashboard experiences that adapt to different user roles, surface the right information at the right time, and hide complexity until it’s needed.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with Feathery day-to-day, ensuring our platform feels powerful for builders while remaining simple and approachable for end users.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the design of Feathery’s core product experiences, with a focus on dashboard architecture, role-based personalization, and scalable UX systems.

You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to design workflows that allow sophisticated automation to feel simple and intuitive.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys tackling complex product problems and translating them into elegant, thoughtful experiences.

What You’ll Do

Product & Dashboard Design

• Design Feathery’s core product surfaces, including dashboards, workflow builders, and operational tools
• Develop scalable dashboard architectures that surface the right information for different user roles
• Create experiences that progressively reveal complexity, keeping interfaces simple while enabling advanced capabilities
• Translate complex automation and data workflows into intuitive product experiences

Role-Based Personalization

• Design tailored product experiences for different account roles (e.g., builders, administrators, and end users)
• Define how information, actions, and tools adapt based on role and context
• Ensure dashboards prioritize the most relevant data and workflows for each type of user

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape product direction
• Contribute to product strategy through research, design exploration, and prototyping
• Work iteratively with engineering to ship thoughtful, high-quality product experiences

Design Systems & Product Thinking

• Help evolve Feathery’s design system to support a growing platform
• Establish UX patterns that scale across complex workflows and enterprise use cases
• Use research, analytics, and user feedback to continuously refine product experiences

About You

• 3+ years of experience in product design for complex software products
• Strong experience designing dashboards, platforms, or workflow-based tools‍
• Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, intuitive user experiences
• Comfort working closely with product and engineering in fast-moving environments
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, prototyping tools, etc.)
• Clear communicator who can explain design thinking and influence product decisions
